First completed books of 2007
Open - about the 2002 US Open golf tournament: I could only take so much of the background story about things like corporate issues, but the lead up to the tournament with local and sectional qualifiers was interesting.
Maigret and the Coroner - one of the Maigret series set in the US. This was set in Arizona. I have mixed feelings about this one. It was a somewhat dull and Siminon's views of American society are a bit one-sided, but the charactor developement is excellent. There are several politically incorrect comments on minorities in this one.
